TERMS OF SALE
1 - The sale is intended only for holders of VAT number
2 - To view prices and make purchases online you must be registered at csaccessori.com.
3 - The prices shown are VAT excluded.
4 - There is no minimum order, to be able to place orders of goods even in small quantities.
5 - By clicking on the "SEND ORDER" button, the user accepts the present conditions of sale and undertakes to pay the price indicated in the order confirmation sent by e-mail and any communications relating to the order to be processed, unless otherwise agreed.
6 - The first order for new customers will be paid in advance by bank transfer with a 10% discount on the total taxable amount of the tax invoice.
7 - Agreements previously contracted with our customers remain unchanged.
8 - The accepted payment methods, unless otherwise agreed, are as follows:
- Advance bank transfer. In this mode, the shipment will be made upon payment received.
- Cash on delivery (only for Italy). This method provides for payment in cash on delivery (checks are not accepted), with an additional cost of € 6.00 for the costs of running the service.
- Payment with Paypal. How to prepay with credit / debit cards.
TERMS OF DELIVERY
9 - The shipping costs amount to € 6.50 for the whole of Italy except Islands, the costs of which amount to € 20.00. For orders of € 300.00 or more, shipping costs are free.
10 - The shipment is made by couriers that guarantee delivery in Italy within 24-48 hours, except for Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia for which at least 72 hours are required.
Important: Upon receipt of the goods, we kindly ask the Customer to carefully check the integrity and number of packages; check also that there are no signs of tampering or deterioration. If you accept without any complaint and without reserve the goods delivered by the courier, you can not in any way reclaim at a later time any shortages or damage due to transport.
11 - The express courier includes two delivery attempts. In case of absence after the second attempt, the costs for the third delivery are to be borne by the recipient, otherwise it is possible to collect the parcel at the local office of the courier.
12 - CSACCESSORI reserves the right to make partial deliveries at no additional cost to the buyer.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
CSACCESSORI attaches great importance to customer satisfaction, which is why it adopts the safeguards listed below.
CSACCESSORI authorizes the return of the purchased goods within 10 days of receiving the goods. Send an e-mail to info@csaccessori.com, specifying the order number and the article/s code that you intend to make, and within 48 hours you will receive the return authorization with the instructions on how to proceed.
As soon as the returned goods are received, the price will be refunded. Shipping costs are charged to the customer, except if the return was caused by our mistake.
CSACCESSORI does not accept the return of items that have been used, worn or damaged. Furthermore, the items must be returned in their original packaging.
